Saturday, January 30th, Krewe Mon Ami transformed the MCM Elegante into
our very own Island Paradise Fantasy!
Palm trees, luscious tidbits to eat, exotic flowers, the sounds of a steel band...
Our fantasy began......
Thanks for a terrific production goes to our sponsors, US Coast Guard Color
Guard-Port Arthur Station, Jimi Jams Productions, Broussard Productions, and the best
emcees ever, Jay Bernard and Bill Leger. Many, many people worked to make our
Ball a huge success, Director of Ball, Jeanne Sain, did long distance planning
from her new home in South Dakota. Without the help of many people the
magic of Saturday night's Fantasy would not have been possible.
Big thank you's go to the staff of the MCM Elegante for making us
welcome and providing us with a beautiful venue.
On a very cold night, we gave our members and guests a warm welcome to our
Island Paradise Fantasy.

Kids Parade is Sunday afternoon, Float Captain is Tammy Becker-728-8289, Kids must have parent that is a member,
ages 5-18 are invited to ride on a space available basis, fee is $5.00 per child. You will need to provide throws and 1
parent per child aged 5-10 will be allowed to ride, children over 10 will have chaperones provided. Float Guards
are needed. Mail in form below TODAY!

nights memories captured in a photographic package, you should be receiving
those in the mail in 2 weeks.
Float List for Parade
Mon Ami, these are the float pools for 2010. You will be contacted soon by your float captains for a meeting.
It is VERY important that you attend this meeting in order to pick your place on your float, get information on making your
ride in the Krewe of Krewes parade a safe one and to pay your rider fee. Your Float Captains will be able to answer any
questions you will have and provide you with all the information you will need for a great PARTY ON THE SEAWALL!

Welcome Mon Ami`!
To the website for the Party Krewe of Southeast Texas. Krewe Mon Ami was founded in 1994 and have been partying every since. We are proud participants in Mardi Gras Southeast Texas. Our Krewe has Krewe Nights regularly to get together, have fun and promote the spirit of Mardi Gras year round. Our main events, of course, are the Fantasy Ball where we have our grand royalty presentation, held a few weeks prior to the big celebration on Proctor Street, and Mardi Gras weekend. We have floats in the Krewe of Krewes Parade on Friday night, you can find us tailgating up on the seawall a few hours prior to parade start enjoying good food, good friends and refreshing beverages. We also have floats with our generous sponsors in the Majestic Krewe of Aurora Parade and present our royalty to the public in the Royalty Walking Parade. On Sunday we provide a float for our Krewe Kids to join in the fun.
If you aren't partying with Krewe Mon Ami, you just aren't partying!
